WHY DID YOU CHOOSE ALGO INTERVIEW?

Matteo Murrone, HR & Safety Manager of Alfa Varese, explains that when optimizing the selection process - which had already been structured for some time - it was important for him to be able to find an agreement between saving time and raising the quality and efficiency of all phases.
